"We strongly recommend, Mr. President, that you put into effect concrete measures regarding the recommendations ....which at the next CITES Convention to be held in The Hague on June 2nd, will contribute to the adoption of measures that will support the Government of Peru to develop and modernise the forest sector .......as well as improve national and international investments...."
